Ametrine - Bolivia

Custom-cut Bolivian ametrine with vibrant color zoning and a bold optical pattern. Ametrine is a naturally occurring mix of amethyst (purple) and citrine (golden yellow), caused by temperature differences during the crystal's formation—in the same quartz crystal. This unique phenomenon only occurs in commercially viable quantities at the Anahí Mine in eastern Bolivia.

The precision cutting in this piece takes full advantage of the color split, producing a kaleidoscopic play of symmetry and contrast that’s impossible to recreate synthetically at this scale.
