Gem Dragon Auctions welcomes consignments expected to achieve a minimum auction value of $250 per item. A nominal $50 per-item fee is applied to cover essential services, including item preparation, professional grading, photography, marketing, and shipping. Furthermore, in addition to the initial fee, Gem Dragon Auctions retains a 20% commission on the final hammer price. 

As an illustrative example, suppose an item successfully auctions for $500. After deducting the $50 listing fee and the 20% commission ($100) payable to Gem Dragon Auctions, the consignee would receive a net payment of $350.

Please use the form below to submit your photos. If you do not hear back from us, it means that we do not feel your items are a good fit for GDA at this time.

We also purchase exceptional singles or entire collections depending upon our current inventory needs.  If you are interested in selling your items, please upload your photos.

We only accept quality items at Gem Dragon Auctions. This means that we do not accept poorly cut gemstones, most gemstones under a carat, or common minerals like quartz and topaz. 

If you have a gemstone(s) or mineral(s) that you would like to consign to Gem Dragon Auctions, please be sure to check our quality standards before submitting photos. We want to offer our bidders the best possible selection of gemstones and minerals, and we only accept the highest quality items. 

Interested consigners need to upload photos of the items they would like us to consider.

The photos should be clear and well-lit. Once we have received the photos, we will review them and determine if the item(s) meet our criteria. If they do, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
