Cool Green/Blue Namibian Tourmaline
Namibia has long been known for producing tourmalines with strong, saturated colors, and its deposits have yielded some of the finest material seen on the market. While green and pink tourmalines are relatively common, stones showing this seafoam color are far rarer and highly valued. The crystal chemistry of tourmaline allows for a remarkable range of colors, but when trace elements combine to create this particular tone, it is considered a prize among collectors and cutters alike.
